Introduction: How to keep yourself healthy. Keeping healthy is 1st most important thing for  us.
Here are some explanations on how we can keep yourself healthy.

  • To keep healthy we need to have a good diet. We should never overeat we should keep a limit.
Having a good diet means to eat lots of vegetables and eat less meat.
  • Drink lots of water so you can be well hydrated. In hot weathers we often get dehydrated and angry.
So you must be hydrated with water at all times.
  • Maintain a healthy weight. Do exercises. Go to the gym or do some swimming.
Conclusion: these are some explanations on how to keep healthy.
