This week our topic is How To Look After your body. Here are some ideas on what you need to do to look after your body.

The first way to look after our body is our diet. Our diets can go wrong sometimes but if you keep record of what to eat and when to eat them then you will never go wrong. Eating Fruits and Vegetables is very important for our bodies, if we eat junk food or things that are not really good for us our bodies won’t have any nutrients or vitamins. So make sure you eat a lot of ingredients that have Vitamins and healthy nutrients.

Our body also needs hydration. Without any water you will probably die. Did you know that about %60 of our bodies are water (fact). We need to drink plenty of water so that our body will maintain the balance of our body fluids. When we drink enough water we are able to  focus and concentrate.

Lastly sleep is very important. Why do we need to sleep? Without any sleep we will be irritated and drowsy. We need to maintain about 7 - 9 hours of sleep so when we wake up in the morning we will be wide awake and good to go. So remember to have a good night sleep.
